Worm Wheel Fixed Ball Valve
Worm Wheel Fixed Ball Valve Q347F is connected into a forging steel fixed ball valve with three parts, which is divided into three parts along the two valve seat perpendicular to the axis of the valve channel. The whole valve is symmetrical along the center axis of the valve stem. Worm Wheel Fixed Ball Valve is mainly used to cut, distribute and change the direction of medium flow on the pipe.

Product purpose:
Teflon sealed ball valve is applicable to the pipeline under various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical industry and thermal power station with working temperature of – 28 ~ 300 ℃, and cut off or connect the medium. Applicable media: water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, urea and other corrosive and strong oxidizing media. The operation modes are: manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic-hydraulic linkage. |
Product structure features: 1. Worm Wheel Fixed Ball Valve Long service life. The sealing ring is made of self-lubricating polytetrafluoroethylene. Micro friction between the ball and the sealing ring effectively improves the service life. 2. Small volume, light weight, easy installation and maintenance. 3. The Worm Wheel Fixed Ball Valve structure can be installed at any part of the pipeline in any direction. 4. V-shaped overlapping axial packing to achieve anti-corrosion class a sealing. |
