Static Balance Valve
SP45F SP15F Static Balance Valve is a valve for balance under static hydraulic conditions. It has equal flow characteristic curve and is suitable for centralized quantity regulation, centralized quality regulation and quantity regulation system that changes the flow in stages. When the system flow changes, each branch of the valve is installed, and the flow of each user will increase or decrease in proportion to maintain the flow distribution scheme during initial regulation.

SP purpose 45 Static Balance Valve is a regulating valve with special function of digital locking. Static Balance Valve adopts DC valve body structure, has better equal percentage flow characteristics, can reasonably distribute flow, and effectively solve the problem of uneven cooling and heating at room temperature in heating (air conditioning) system. At the same time, it can accurately adjust the pressure drop and flow to improve the liquid flow state in the pipe network system, so as to achieve the purpose of pipe network liquid balance and energy saving. Static Balance Valve is equipped with opening indication, opening locking device and small pressure measuring valve for flow measurement. Only balance valves of appropriate specifications are installed at each branch and user inlet, and locked after one-time commissioning with special intelligent instruments, so as to control the total water volume of the system within a reasonable range and overcome the unreasonable phenomenon of “large flow and small temperature difference”. Static Balance Valve is an ideal product in heating system.
The Static Balance Valve can be installed on both the water supply pipe and the return pipe. Generally, we recommend to install Static Balance Valve on the return pipe, especially for the high-temperature loop. In order to facilitate commissioning, it should be installed on the return pipe. The supply (return) pipe with balance valve does not need to be equipped with stop valve.
