Description
The rubber joint is generally composed of an inner rubber layer, a fabric reinforcement layer (the reinforcement layer has multiple layers of scraped nylon cord fabric), a middle rubber layer, an outer rubber layer, an end reinforcement metal ring or a steel ring, which is vulcanized at high temperature and high pressure and then loosely combined with a metal flange or a parallel joint. This product makes use of the advantages of rubber, such as high elasticity, high air permeability, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance. It can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline and compensate for the thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by temperature changes.
