Description
Product Description
PTFE lining is made of a layer of PTFE lining in the rubber joint, PTFE which can resist strong acid and alkali. It can be used in chemical industry and sewage transportation. The rubber joint has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elastic strength, large compensation displacement, pipeline deviation of balanced transportation system, vibration transmission between absorption pipelines, good noise reduction effect, convenient installation, etc.
Advantages of PTFE lined rubber expansion joints
1. PTFE rubber expansion joint is lined with high pressure, high temperature and oil resistance.
2. PTFE lined rubber expansion joint is wear-resistant, corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
3. Connect with pumps, valves, fire-fighting equipment, pipes with large vibration, and pipes with frequent changes in cold and heat.
4. The content of natural rubber is 47% high purity PTFE
5. Long service life
6. Reduce vibration and noise
