Because the channel in the valve is linear and the flow resistance is smaller than that of the lifting check valve, it is suitable for large-diameter occasions with low flow rate and infrequent flow change, but it is not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is not as good as that of the lifting check valve. High Temperature High Pressure Check Valves is divided into single disc type, double disc type and multi half type. These three forms are mainly divided according to the valve diameter, in order to prevent the hydraulic impact from being weakened when the medium stops flowing or flows back.

 

High Temperature High Pressure Check Valves is applicable to nominal pressure PN1.0MPa ~ 42.0mpa, class150-2500; Nominal diameter DN15 ~ 1200mm, nps1 / 2 ~ 48; On various pipelines with working temperature of – 196 ~ 540 ℃, it is used to prevent medium backflow. By selecting different materials (WCB, CF8 (m), CF3 (m), 1gr5mo, 15crmo1v, High Temperature High Pressure Check Valves can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium, urea and other media. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer, electric power and other pipelines.

 

The High Temperature High Pressure Check Valves adopts the built-in rocker swing structure. All the opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring used at the middle flange, there is no external leakage point as a whole, so as to eliminate the possibility of valve leakage. The connection between the rocker arm and the valve disc of the High Temperature High Pressure Check Valves adopts the spherical connection structure, so that the valve disc has a certain self leakage within 360 degrees By degree, there is appropriate micro position compensation.
