API Ball Valves

The seat of API ball valve and the seat designed according to foreign manufacturing and many years of experience ensure the valve sealing, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, a variety of seat materials and adaptability. American standard ball valve handle with correct opening and closing: the flat head valve rod is adopted, and the connection with the handle will not be misplaced, so as to ensure that the opening and closing state indicated by the handle is the same as that of the valve. API ball valve locking device: in order to prevent misoperation of valve opening and closing, there are locking holes at the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve to ensure that the valve is in the correct position. Anti flying structure of valve rod: the valve rod is bottom mounted to prevent flying out under pressure. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after fire to ensure the sealing of valve rod. Applicable media of API ball valve: water, gas, oil, natural gas and acid-base corrosive media. Applicable temperature: – 196 ~ 350 ℃, driving mode: manual, pneumatic and electric.

The design and manufacture of API Ball Valves
① API Ball Valves meet the requirements of American Standard ans1b16.34 and American Petroleum Institute standards ap1608 and ap16d.

② All valves have low fluid resistance.

③ API Ball Valves has fast switching speed and can be switched by suction and rotation of 900.

④ The valve seat is made of polytetrafluoroethylene with small friction coefficient, reliable sealing and easy opening and closing.

⑤ The movement of the ball between the valve seats has a wiping effect, so it can be applied to the medium with suspended particles.

⑥ API Ball Valves stem is provided with upper seal and adopts inverted structure, which can prevent the impact of valve stem under the action of medium pressure.

⑦ According to the needs of users, it can be equipped with a locking mechanism that is fire-resistant and prevents misoperation.

⑧ API Ball Valves According to the needs of opening and closing force, the floating ball or fixed ball can be used.
