Q41F Ball Valves
American standard fixed ball valve is a new generation of ball valve, which is suitable for long-distance pipeline and general industrial pipeline. Its strength, safety and resistance to harsh environment have been specially considered in the design. API ball valve is suitable for all kinds of corrosive and non corrosive media. Compared with the floating ball valve, during operation, all the forces generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball are transmitted to the bearing, which will not move the ball to the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. Therefore, the fixed ball valve has small torque, small valve seat deformation, sealing and long service life. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter occasions. The spring pre seat assembly has self tightening characteristics to realize upstream sealing. Each valve has two seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so the installation has no flow restriction and is two-way. This valve is generally installed horizontally. American standard fixed ball valve has two-piece and three-piece valve body structures. The middle flange is connected with bolts, and the seal is embedded in the stainless steel ring with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene. There is no spring at the back of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is close to the ball and keep the seal. There are no PTFE bearings on the upper and lower valve stems to reduce friction and save labor in operation. There is no adjusting plate at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the joint position between the ball and the sealing ring.
