Description

The double ball thread connection flexible rubber joint can be made of acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, oil resistant, heat resistant and other varieties according to different materials. The double ball thread connection flexible rubber joint can adapt to various media and environments.

The material is EPDM. These products are not suitable for petroleum. Other types of rubber materials are optional. (Neoprene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, natural rubber). The material is polar rubber, with good sealing performance, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life of rubber joints. However, contact with sharp metal tools should be avoided to avoid piercing steel balls.

The double ball thread connection flexible rubber joint is composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcing layer and an outer rubber layer. The outer rubber layer is connected with a rubber ball molded by molding and vulcanization and a nested metal flange.

The rubber joint is characterized by high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, good damping and noise reduction effect, and convenient installation.

It is widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire protection, paper making, pharmaceutical and other industries. Piping system of ship, water pump, fan, etc

Other size or lengths can be contaced for consultation.
